Hotel was located conveniently close to the train stations and maintained in good condition. I had an allergic reaction to their duvet which they changed to an alternate blanket. Room service was only provided on every other day - which is fine however they did not clean the teapot we used.

I like how its near alot of food stalls and resturants. The MRT is near by also so thats a pluse. Staff are really friendly. I only thing i didn't like about is that the AC not that cool. I turn it to the lowest temp also.

Decent facilities with poor check-in time.

Hotel was decent with signs of ageing in the room. Amenities and staffs friendliness are good. The biggest negative for this hotel is the very late check-in time only at 3pm yet expecting guests to check-out at 11am.
