Parking was easy. Several baggage carts available. Check-in desk was polite, welcoming. Rooms were old, but clean and comfortable. Age of the toilet was truly the biggest concern. Head boards need replacing. Great for the price!

We had a lamp that didn't work. The reading lights for the beds didn't work either. Otherwise the rooms were good. The staff was great! Christmas brunch was great. My family and I had a great time together.

The front desk staff are great. I realize the hotel is in a transitional period but they've got lots to do to justify the rates they're charging. The rooms are mediocre at best. The bathroom was not acceptable as the shower curtain was gross and there was lots of hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, a super big turnoff! I'm hoping they get it together before we stay there again.
