Poor.
We have 3 kids, one is a year and a half old. We called a week in advance asking if there are cribs, staff said they have pack and plays. Asked if we can reserve it for our room and were told just to ask at check in as there's lots. When we checked in there were no pack and plays available. The next morning we found out from the manager that they only have one and it was already out. We picked this hotel because there's a pool, so the kids could swim. We were told at check in only after asking where the pool is that it was closed for maintenance. First room we were given smelled like rotting food. One of the beds had something encrusted onto the bed skirt, what looked like maybe mud or possibly old vomit. We asked for a different room and were moved.

There was food left from previous guest in the freezer. There were only 2 towels in the room of which my children used for swimming, leaving us no towels for showering. I had to request extra towels. When we got there, I also noticed that there was only a small amount of toilet paper on the roll. I didn’t think too much of it, because I figured there would be extra rolls. We ran out and there was no extra rolls. I had to request toilet paper. When the kids and I went to take showers, there was no washcloths. So I had to request washcloths. When it came time for bed, my son was going to use the pull out sofa. There was no bedding for it. I had to request bedding. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and I guess the room was clean. Not very accommodating. I was disappointed.
