The room had spiderwebs in different ares including the bathroom. Staff were really nice, though when we needed more towels. Also, there was no room cleaning or trash pick up but that could have been because it was Thanksgiving.

Room was dirty, sheets were inside out on the bed, several items in the room needed repair and the bathroom was not clean. The hotel is extremely close to the highway and the street is non stop. A domestic dispute was going on near the entrance of the hotel by guests with open liquor bottles. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Wow- such great customer service from the minute we checked in at 1am to checking out- everyone we encountered was wonderful. Special call out to the gentleman cleaning up breakfast. He gave our dog a bag of dog biscuits for the road. So thoughtful!

Having a variety of breakfast options was nice. The location is ideal for those wanting to visit Destiny USA (it's only 4-5 minutes away). My room was located at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor so it was plenty quiet. Nothing was lacking to me so interacting with the staff was limited, but they were nice and welcoming!
