Overall it was a nice stay. The bedding could've been a little better kept and the flooring area beside one of the beds had left over candy and small a hair band. The reservations were made well in advance and still a room at the very end of the hall is what we got. The breakfast buffet was ok. We were however, given a very nice complimentary bottle of wine.

The property appeared to be in the middle of an update, or it least it certainly needed an update. Some of the room was in disrepair (pealing ceiling, missing door parts). Plus the maximum price posted on the door in accordance with NY law was $70 less than what we were charged.

While our neighbors were quiet there was extremely loud cars racing and burning out in the parking lot of the hotel and surrounding it. The WiFi is also incredibly slow, we couldn’t even stream in standard definition. It was however clean, staff was nice enough, and other than not being able to sleep at night it was fine.

The manager Rob was the absolute best! He acknowledged me as a person dealing with alot and took upon himself to make my stay just a bit better than it already had been. Only thing i can say is the sexond night there ny room was cleaned and all my leftovers at least $75 worth of food was thrown out and they left my hotel room ajar

Overnight - First Time at Property

Stayed overnight for concert at amphitheater. Staff great. Was able to meet my floor and location requests. Facility clean, nice rooms and good breakfast offering. Would definitely stay here again

It’s ridiculous to only have 1 ice machine for the whole hotel and that ice machine was broke the whole time of my stay Most hotels have a ice machine on at least every other floor The breakfast was terrible as well. Won’t be staying at this hotel again

The ice machine was broken for the 3 days i was there. Did not like paying a staff gratuity per day. Did not know it was automatically added to my bill. I left a separate gratuity as well at departure time for cleaning the room. I also did not ask for service during my stay. The breakfast was the same all three days i was there.
