Well. There was cockroach guts on the wall beside door that connects to the room beside ours and one alive roaming around the ceiling and wall in the bathroom. NOT NICE AT ALL

The staff was very welcoming and nice. The room semi clean, the bathroom needs work, that wasnt so clean looking. The toliet seat cover was dirty, the shower floor was nasty with grime and mold on the side of the shower floor. The floor was dirty looked like it wasnt mopped in a few days. The chair in the room was disgusting it was red and it had dark black stains on and there was crumbs left on the chair. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean so were the towels.

Bathroom was not very clean and room had a musty smell despite the AC having been set at 61 degrees Fahrenheit. Not hot outside. Should have been no moisture in the room and had to huddle under the covers until the temperature could recover.

This was a great stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more than what i usually find for continental breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. There are shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again.

Overall our stay was very nice, we stayed Friday-Sunday. There was a hockey team that checked in right before us, and the desk staff put us on a floor above them to help not disturb us. The staff were very accommodating, and the hotel was clean! My kiddos loved the complementary cookies when we first checked in. The breakfast was good, blueberry or regular waffles, sausage, eggs, white/wheat toast, bagels, muffins, a few different strudels, small apple cinnamon rolls, strawberry yogurt, 2 different kinds of cereal, and a few different variety packets of oatmeal, and then regular/decaf coffee, lipton tea, orange juice, apple juice, water, milk, and lemon water were the options offered during our stay. What I liked was coffee, tea and lemon water was offered all day and night long. My only complaint was the pool was nice, but a bit chilly for my liking, but the kids still had fun.

The staff was very friendly. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, there was used some left, the shower curtain needed a wipe down, some with the facial tissue holder needed a wipe down, there was someone else’s hair laying around. The toilet you have to flush twice and the fridge our room was dirty in the inside. Someone left behind vegetables and no one threw it away, and the fridge could have used a wipe down in the inside. Everything else was good

The room was clean and comfortable. The night clerk was pleasant but not helpful. I could have really used a luggage cart and there were none to be found by me. He did not offer to help. He did honor my request for a first floor room. The morning clerk clearly was not doing anything more than the minimum.
