I like the set up of the breakfast area. Also that coffee/tea & chocolate chip cookies are always available. Although I didn’t use the pool it appeared clean & well maintained. There is limited parking but the adjacent restaurant & mall have available parking that can be used.

Great stay. Worth the money

Pretty clean overall. Couch was a little run down but not a big deal and that was the most unclean thing. So many outlets! Great water pressure and super hot water. Stationary shower head. Good, slightly aggressive bathroom lighting. Attached parking lot has a Wegmans! Best supermarket in the northeast. Several major chain restaurants, gas stations, and more nearby. Stayed for access to Syracuse University. Took about 20 min without traffic

Upon check out the 2 women at the desk were VERY rude one was names Lauren and the other refused to give her name older lady with a bun on her head. They yelled at me in front of all the busy dinning area just telling me to wait and refused to answer why I was stopped. For someone who has high social anxiety this was the most uncomfortable situation. But the gentleman from Saturday night at the front desk was a very nice worker.
