The hotel itself is pretty basic and dated. We stayed here for the pool slide and hot tub. We called to check the hours of the pool, and the person who answered the phone did not advise the hot tub is broken and the pool is filthy. It was a disappointing waste of money. They charge way too much money for what they offer. I wouldn't have chosen this place if I had full information.

Staff was great, breakfast was great. We were less than impressed with the bathroom in the room. It looked like they swapped guests fast. The floor and toilet was dirty and an item was left behind from the previous guest. Hot tub was out and we were looking forward to that.

Pool water very cold kids splash pool was ice cold. The room temperature in the pool room was very cold. The hallway on the second floor, which is where my room was smelt like a storage smell. The pool was only open for brief periods of time and they were letting people from the outside come in and swim with no parents watching them also not sure if I didn’t get bedbugs. I would not recommend your hotel. The hot tub was not working in the manager said no they don’t put that stuff on the website while people go there expecting to have certain amenities and when you don’t come through with them, there should be some kind of payback
