Check in was starting at 4PM, and our room wasn't ready, so we went to the next door brewery for an hour. Came back at 5PM, and still not ready, so we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner, and came back at 6:45PM... and yet again, the room wasn't cleaned. We ended up missing half the first period of the game, and luckily nothing happened during that part. At no point did they even offer any discount for the egregious delay, and I refused to ask, as I shouldn't have to do that. I never had that kind of thing happened before there, so I was pretty stunned about it all. I hope things go much better there on my next trip there.

The room is hugh, high ceilings, full kitchen, dining table, Hide a bed couch, desk, separate large bedroom. Good breakfast. Large pool, sauna, only negative was the hot tub was ice cold.

We had an interior room which was helpful in keeping it warm enough. We stayed during a deep freeze and exterior rooms were staying very cold. It was roomy and very comfortable. There was a lot of noise from both hallways from people and kids going up and down but thankfully didn't last too long. The only downside was the hot tub was out of commission but Eric at the front desk more than made up for it with an alternative solution. We will definitely stay here again sometime.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good! Our room was dirty & dusty. There was a "powder" on the dresser. The bathroom floor was very dirty & hair all over. At some point, someone blew something up in the microwave & it was still there. Our room was very cold. I was told on the day of our departure, the the thermostat was most likely not set correctly. When i went to the desk on our second morning, that was not mentioned. departure, that there were more settings for the thermostat. We were also.told upon arrival that the hottub was down but should be running by the following day. It was not running when we departed 2 days later. Parking was very difficult on our 2nd night as well.

Staff was excellent. The room was in good order except the tub didn't drain. Their laundry facilities were out of order. Their hot tub was out of order. Their ice machine was out of order. And fireplace was out of order. But I would highly recommend staying there. Just maybe check and make sure all their amenities are working before you go if you need them and I would go back there. Gladly staff is excellent

Our plane was late so we did not get in until 10 PM. The staff was very friendly, the room clean with the full kitchen for us if we had stayed longer. But it was great to be able to walk across the street and get a delicious meal at a pub that stayed open until 2 AM. It will definitely be the place we go to stay when we have late night flights to Duluth. It's right in Canal Park.

Staff was helpful and very nice. Hot tub was broke down, so that was a bummer. The room was overall good, but garbage hadn't been taken out and bathrooms need a deep clean. I would still stay here again.
