Hotel was clean, they allow pets, my room had bunch of dog hair on blanket and floor .people hair in sinkcand tub.and NO bath towels. Otherwise not to bad .also we were in middle of hotel with no windows. Felt alittle trapped

They should really update the photos for this place. It has been remodeled. It’s a great place for families. The bedrooms with a door is a game changer. There’s a kitty pool. Free Breakfast was great. Walkable to everything in canal park. The only downfall was that the key cards stopped working periodically. They will have to fix that because even the staff was annoyed.

The location is ideal for canal park. When you exit hotel, there are plenty of restaurants, shops, boardwalk within walking distance. We have stayed in both the 1 and 2 bedroom suites. Plenty of room.

The hotel is fine. Parking is limited. I had to pay to park out back because their lot out front was full. When I checked in, I was told it would be validated upon checkout. When I checked out the person behind the counter was a bit hostile and wouldn’t validate my parking. Probably won’t book there again.
