Parking was in a lot across from hotel not much space, card keys wouldn’t work first time had to get new ones! Tv in living rooms the controller wasn’t working got up constantly to search! Breakfast was powdered eggs and sausages and you could make a waffle or make a bagel etc! Staff was not overly friendly and no bedding for the hidabed

They had no clean rooms, we waited in the lobby for over an hour and still nothing. We had to cancel our reservation in order to get to the event we were in town for and then drove another 2.5 hours back home.

Room only had one bed, when Expedia said multiple beds, there were 3 of us, one slept on the couch. it was 51 degrees when we walked in, dirty towels were in the bathroom, tv in living room didn’t work. Staff were sympathetic and appeared multiple issues were going on. Encouraged to contact Expedia since not booked through them or else they would have taken care of things.

The room was great, except for the partially eaten sub sandwich in the fridge. There are 2 doors into the windowless suite, but the key only worked on one of them, and sometimes it was one, and other times, the other one? very strange. Room was very comfortable and spacious, bed and pillows were a dream

The staff was the difference. Great people for our son’s wedding. The improvements at the hotel are great and ongoing without imposing on guests. Manager deserves a raise as do all of the staff. 30+years of stay here so I’ve seen a bit. Well done.

Room was good, only bad moment was when we opened the sofa bed to use it. No sheets or bedding and the mattress was beyond pee stained.. it was super soiled. It was 11 pm , we called the desk for bedding and pillows and they responded promptly. We didn’t mention the mattress being the hour of night and we wanted to go to bed. The mattress should have been thrown away. They should check them before renting the room.
