This hotel is outdated and dirty. Our room had food all over the floor. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The floors were not cleaned. We stayed on the first floor and the room was very noisy. Staff at front desk was helpful.

Check-in was easy, room was very nice and very clean. Staff was pleasant and free breakfast was quite good. The location was excellent…walking distance to the lift bridge, and restaurants. Will stay there again.

our stay was great- 1st time at this property- have been too and stayed in Duluth MANY times, this is a hotel I would return too on another trip! A plus- it had a Sauna- and a rooftop pool we were not aware of, so this was a nice bonus! Breakfast is one of the better ones we have had- breakfast room is a great size, not crowded by people, room to move - only downfall there was no 'meat' for breakfast (bacon/sausage) otherwise staff was friendly and nice, and I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.
