Good clean place.. rooms are quiet despite several sports teams here this weekend. I do wish staff wouldn’t have put me in a room in the center of the sports teams. Other than that a good place to stay.

Very disappointing!! Tge guys at the front desk are great but that is as far as it goes. When I entered my room, it seemed as though it hadn’t been cleaned. There was stuff on the carpet that should have been vacuumed, there were only 1-2 towels, no do not disturb placard to put on door & floor ice machine did not work. I should have asked for a different room. I did ask for towels, bath mat & hand towels. I was staying for 4 nights so a person would think they would do house keeping. No. I had to ask for garbage to be to taken out & for them to replace the dirty towels. While I was out, they did come to room to do those things but they also took my 3/4 of a puzza I had sitting to eat for the next couple of nights. I was livid but didn’t show it to the front desk staff. They were willing to buy me a new one but the manager said no. She wanted to credit my room once I provided a receipt (in the box they took). I had paid cash for it since my business does not pay for food & I did not want my business credit card to be credited. Go figure. Their sign that indicates your satisfaction guaranteed is a farce. I won’t stay there again & I travel quite a bit & am a Wyndham rewards person. I think house keeping has gone by the wayside since Covid. Sad state of affairs especially for what is paid. They couldn’t even make the bed.

Love your hotel, just a suggestion: better pillows. And there was no coffee at breakfast time. Just decaf, yeah not good there.

This is an airport Laquita. We called (and paid) ahead letting them know when our plane arrived and that we would need the shuttle. Our plane was on time. We started calling them at 11:30. No one answered the local number. We ended up paying for a Lyft and arrived at 12:15. The lobby was full of people trying to check in. Some had been there an hour. No one was there. I was ready to call the police when a sleepy man appeared. He didn’t seem to know what to do. At around 12:30 a lady came. The first person she checked (it took 15 minutes), came back and said she was given a room which was already occupied. She could have gotten hurt or worse. We were finally checked in T 1:10 am. No apology was offered. I called corporate and they hung up on me. Anyone could have walked into the hotel because the front desk was abandoned for over an hour. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Clean but not very hospitable

I was traveling with a school group. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good but front desk and housekeeping staff were yelling at each other and the housekeeping staff was rude. Kids of other guests were running up and down the hallways until about 2am.

Great stay. Top notch service. The gentlemen at the front desk gave us great advice on directions. We were close to the mall and some great eating places. Room was comfortable and clean.

Bed, linens, and pillow options were excellent. Decor is modern. Room was spacious (1 queen). Shower did not have a tub, but the water pressure and HOT water was *excellent* and needed during a Duluth lake-effect snowstorm. The breakfast included eggs, potatoes and sausage/bacon, so was adequate for a "first breakfast." Gym looked great, pool and hot tub looked inviting but were full of children during my visit. Very convenient to the airport and Caribou coffee is only 3-5 minutes away by car.

Nice stay!

Very nice front desk. Bed and linens very comfortable. Would have liked a comfortable chair in room to sit and read. Looked bare in the corner where one would usually be. Was told “ remodeling” Breakfast was very good with multiple options. Breakfast staff very pleasant, singing!! Will come again!

Quiet,convenient, and close to mall. Breakfast varied and adequate. Fan in room was noisy but could be turned down. Evening staff at front desk wonderful but daytime staff made inappropriate comments to me, morning staff played loud rap music in kitchen and another did loud singing, cleaning staff watching sports game in empty room on TV at 6pm while dirty towels strewn throughout hall. Hotel needs to make some staffing changes otherwise recommend this place.
