Room was nice and clean. The bed in the room was a bit lower (we stayed in a handicap accessible room) which was WONDERFUL. The room was located in a quiet area which was nice. The staff at the desk were very courteous and helpful.

Very clean, no complaints! Breakfast buffet did not disappoint, lots of options. Staff was attentive and friendly. Only a short drive from all the attractions. Pool was small but our kids enjoyed it. Our new favorite spot when we visit Duluth.

There were dried old boogers on our shower curtain, the fan for the AC/heat unit squealed all night so we had to just turn it off, there was a puddle of water around the ac unit and floor, there was dust all over the room. The schedule they gave me for Bentleyville was completely incorrect and the shuttle did not correlate to any of the times they had printed so we were stuck waiting outside since the bus left 11 minutes earlier than the time stated. The pillows and bed were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. Would never stay there again and I would tell anyone that visits to make sure not to stay there. And staff did not care at all.

Rooms are fine. Shower head is low for me and no hand held but then I am 6'4". Only problem was the on line reservation sent the wrong name, correct address, and the wrong number of days. Then billed me for a three day stay and I was only there for one. Took a while to sort it out.

For the price we recieved for a Sunday night in duluth with free shuttle to the free bentlyville lights one can not complain. The bed, pillows and sheets were upper quality. Pool, sauna and hot tub all in good shape. Breakfast normal free buffet breakfast. Felt that the carpet was not thoroughly cleaned as there was imbeded something (frosting/food?) Infront of first queen bed and was hastily vacuumed or someone walked in shedding lint prior to our check in is possible as it appeared just in the walkway infront of beds.

Very nice and clean place inside and out along with the pool area. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Price was reasonable and would recommend and come again.

It was a nice place to stay. First off, its right of the freeway, easy to find. I had preordered Glensheen tickets, so we had to stop and pick those up before checkin. No problems, they already had them set aside for us. At checkin, everything was easy, all ready for us. We had a room right at the top of the stairs. I was afraid it would be loud but it wasn't bad. They offered a free shuttle to Bentleyville, which was very nice. We went down, got wrist bands to get on the bus, was offered hot chocolate with whipped cream and waited. The bus was just a school bus but it had lights and was decorated, there was christmas music playing and the driver was dressed up too. They dropped off at the start of Bentleyville and picked up at the same spot. Last but definitely not least was breakfast. Lots of choices, including 2 flavors of waffle mix. We will be staying here again next year for our next trip to Bentleyville!

Staff was friendly and amenities were nice. Only critique is their free breakfast, they could do a better job a refilling the hot food options. Not doing so makes the hotel look very stingy and cheap.
