Great rooms, they are huge!!!!! But loud from room to to room, but for the price it is an excellent stay. Restaurant and staff were excellent.

Upon arrival, we were told that we would be unable to use the balcony due to it being “condemned”. We were not notified beforehand. Also, there was construction going on inside and outside. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the couch was very hard to sit on.

I booked for a long weekend and when booking i booked a corner balcony room and paid extra for the room. I did not see in the small print only one line under special check in that said balconies not available. One small sentence in small print. Same on several other websites that i checked after we got there and found doors screwed closed with a big yellow sign on them saying condemned. The hotel is obviously older as the décor and interior proved. There was a odor in our room and the toilet ran continuously during our visit. The pool and bar staff were great but pool towels were thin and small not even able to wrap around. I was told rates reflected the inconvenience but my bill def didn't show that.

When I got to hotel the staff said that all balconies were condemned. And I was not notified before hand to be able to cancel and was charged full price after amenities were not available and could not cancel when arrived would’ve been charged anyways. Was very disappointed with this trip.

There were concrete cinder blocks in the beach sand. A/c did not work properly and was extremely loud from rattling to squeaking. And worst of all the Balconies (the first picture you show in your advertisement) were locked closed and a $500 fine if you open the window to get fresh air. I felt like a prisoner on my own vacation, not acceptable. I would like to request a refund.
