Advertised as having a pool and breakfast included. It is why I went out of my way to go a little further because the other hotels I would look at that had either a pool or breakfast but not both well the pool was down the entire stay and breakfast was a dish set out with two granola bars in it not two kinds just two granola bars and super weak coffee with grinds in it. And as a added bonus there was the biggest roach I've ever seen in the tub on its back so I couldn't even take a shower on the last day. The girl at the front desk could check me in with super nice that's the only reason for the extra star hotels.com owes me a refund on this one

This location is close to many restaurants, gas stations and Sam’s club. This location regrettably wasn’t for my family. Upon entering the facility and even in our room we could smell smoke. Our actual room had an odor of mold as well. My daughter was not feeling well as a result and we requested a refund. We were lucky to be able to rebook at the same extended stay but off of Hollywood ave (near Sprouts) and it was a completely different experience!! This location was newer and had wood floors versus the carpet that was in the other location. I will say that Ms. Rachel (front desk @ airport location) was welcoming, friendly and super nice.

Pool was out, even though we made sure beforehand it had pool available as this was the only weekend we’d be able to get out all year. Day showed up—> no pool, failed inspection. Very disappointed. Upsetting. Other than that it was perfect. Perfect location for everything.

The property is old and tired. There were lamps in the room that didn’t work, different types of bulbs in the lamps that did, a crawling bug in the bathroom, the included breakfast wasn’t there at 7am (even though advertised as 6-9:30) - didn’t check again later. You get what you pay for!

Right now, the hotel is my home, and due to this

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your Extended Stay properties. The events I endured not only jeopardized my health and safety but also caused significant personal and financial hardship. On the night in question, I was locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning door. The employee on duty was unable to help me regain access, and there was no 24-hour maintenance or emergency protocol available. I was placed in another room for the night—without access to my belongings, including my essential diabetes medication. As a diabetic and someone who is eight weeks pregnant, being without my medication was dangerous. The following morning, I was woken up and told to move all my belongings yet again because the original room’s door was broken. I received no assistance, even though I clearly stated my condition. This caused me to miss an entire day of work. After finally settling in, I was told at 7 p.m. by the manager that my reservation had been canceled, and I was being evicted due to damage to the original room’s door—damage caused by your employee who had spent the night trying to pry the door open with screwdrivers and tools. was then falsely accused of lying about the incident and forced to relocate to another Extended Stay location, where I had to pay for a full day despite arriving at 11:30 p.m. I also missed another day of work and was placed on restriction by my employer. in serious financial strain.

I stayed for 4 nights. They didn't have extra bedding when we needed it. The room was not that clean but you get what you pay for. Also, the phone and remote didn't work, along with all the outlets (they either didn't work or sparked at you) & the a rod in the shower was previously broke and so was the towel rack in the bathroom. I didn't take pics of the room except for pics with my family in them. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if needed.
