Spotless renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment that had fresh, modern furniture. Unit 12 on 4th floor. Only ceiling fans in the bedrooms which was disappointing in hot weather. Car park provided but very tight. Needed to fold mirrors in to safely access car park spot. Easy walk to all local facilities. Glimpses to the water through the foreshore trees.

As 4 couples we absolutely loved staying in the Penthouse. It was amazing. Perfect location- walking distance everything. The views were incredible. Would definitely recommend & would definitely stay here again!

The location is good, nestled between the estuary and the ocean. The building's grounds have direct access to a long built walkway, all along the foreshore. And to the beach, which does have a few hundred meters up the beach a surf lifesaver patrolled swimming spot. They have a pool too. its ten stories. Across the road from The Wharf. Grocery shop 2 k up the road. Has air-cond, balcony, closed and open, spacious apartment suites, ultra-modern kitchen area. So modern I was unable to work out how to turn the stove on! Overall a positive experience. Negatives, included the stove issue, no chair in the bedroom with a very high bed, and a rule to take out one's own rubbish on check out yourself. Which for me meant walking it out down a driveway, across the front of the building on a public footpath, before finding another entrance on the other side of the building where it could be deposited. Threats to further billing were aplenty if non-compliance.

Toilet was disgusting on arrival and couldn't be cleaned with equipment provided. Lift to upper floors needs to be available from lower level of the carpark. Damage to our car trying to access the allotted space

It wasn’t a bad experience, good location, close to restaurant and Sealife Aquarium and the beach is just less than a 100m away. The only problem I see was the smell of the lounge area, it seems like the couch was never been cleaned , the door to the patio rattled when it was windy which was often and there was a cockroach in the bathroom lol other than that it was alright.

This is one if the best places we've ever stayed. The location and view were outstanding. The apartment was well appointed and spacious. The amenities like the pool, beach access and parking were excellent and the whole complex. including the apartment, were spotless. Finally, the service and communication was really great. We intend to return.

We had a lovely first Apartment but will not rate booking on Expedia very highly. We booked 5 nights based on pics we saw but the online booking only booked that room for 3 nights and then a different room for 2 nights. This was disappointing after being told it was not a downgrade as it still had a view by management at the time but when we moved it was not nearly as nice and we didn’t like the layout. However the first apartment was amazing, the location of this place is excellent as off the main road. Didn’t enter the pool but it looked good. Managers are friendly and instructions for late check in etc were helpful. The downstairs car park is very tight for larger vehicle but fantastic having this available. We would stay again but would book direct next time.
