Motel 6 - accommodation in Sun Valley

For a 4-5 star hotel, it was disappointing that to see the lack of amenities in the bathroom. Only a small tube of moisturiser provided, not even a shower cap. Yes, shampoo and body wash in the bath. The air conditioning in our room didn’t cool the room and issue wasn’t resolved until Day 2 of a 3 day stay. The WiFi didn’t work in the room for our entire stay, even after complaining about it. We had left our luggage with the Bell Captain on check-out and had to wait 30mins when returned a couple hours later to retrieve our luggage. We approached staff at the front desk as we had time limitations but they were dismissive and couldn’t really care. Opulent hotel but don’t recommend it.

Check‑in was smooth, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had view of airport runway.

We took our teenagers on this trip & this was the perfect hotel for us! Conveniently located on the main strip.
