Stayed there for five nights. Staff was friendly enough, but not more than necessary. International travelers beware: our French issued credit cards were automatically declined by their system, thank goodness we had cash and an American card. No explanation, no effort to make it work... it was almost 11 at night, and we would have been left out. International travelers, I recommend you pay in advance through the Hotels.com app.
Even though we were on a five night stay, we have to request housekeeping every other day. And even so, the first time we came back from a day of exploring to find that it hadn't been done despite my call to request it in the morning - 8 hours is plenty of notice. The second time it was done (on our fourth day), but extremely minimally: change beds, change towels, and empty trash cans. No sign of the room having been swept. Makes you wonder if the place is really cleaned in between guests? We were there only to sleep, so it was fine. Wouldn't recommend if you're picky or plan to pend some time in your room.
