lack of toilettes and low Wi-Fi coverage, rude reception staff. Scuttle took 2 hours to pick up from airport. :(((( and phone manner not polite. never again, noise and shower cold.

Besides paying for the room, you also have to pay for parking, and they don't charge you $20, but $91 per night! It's super expensive, like it's some kind of luxury hotel, and on top of that, they don't even give you your deposit back.

I have a few issues with the Motel. 1) I booked my stay for 3 days on the second day I asked to get my room cleaned the staff refused and said I had to be there for 3 days. I told them I check out on the third day and the room is dirty, after going back and forth with them they finally decided to clean the room. 2) I came back after the room was cleaned and found blood spots on the sheets and the blanket was also dirty. I informed the staff abt the situation and they did nothing abt it said the sheets were clean smh. 3) the area of the Motel is dirty and ghetto with homeless ppl hanging out around the Motel. This was the worse experience I ever had at a motel

There was no stay — Motel 6 canceled my fully paid reservation before I ever received a room. I had booked the extra night so I could check in early after an international flight, but the property marked it as a no-show instead of honoring it and assisting after our 10 hour flight, and the front desk offered no flexibility or support. Travel plans aren’t always perfect, but clear communication and basic customer care matter. Lastly, they took over 2 hours to pick us up from the airport with their free shuttle. Although on the hour, in the 1st hour the driver passed by the shuttle pickup from the farthest left lane. He did not even pull up the curb where all the other shuttles were picking people up. I had to call 4x before getting service. On the bright side, Expedia handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, my experience with this Motel 6 location was a definite no and its personnel was not helpful nor friendly. Never again. Skip it.
