There were absolutely no room amenities such as a microwave, fridge, or basic shower materials — none of which were disclosed at the time of booking. Additionally, leaving the parking lot to explore the area requires an inconvenient detour, which makes coming and going frustrating. While the staff were friendly and polite, the building had a strong mildew or water damage smell. Overall, not a great place to stay and I would not recommend it.

Friendly staff. Clean. Get what you pay for in a budget motel. Shuttle was great on the way in but didn't show up the next morning so we had a $20 Uber. The property is old and the area can be intimating but there is a lot of security around.

The hotel is dated and could use a good makeover. Having said that it was clean and a reasonable price and proximity to LAX and SoFi Stadium for an event. The one frustrating issue is on Oct 23 I confirmed with both the front desk and shuttle driver the time the shuttle would leave on Oct 24 AM for LAX. Both confirmed every hour on the hour. Great! But the morning 8 of us were waiting for the shuttle, the GM said the shuttle(s) (there are 2) needed service and there would be no service. Poor communication!!! This was extremely frustrating and left everyone scrambling for Taxi or Uber and of course no offer from the hotel to help or pay for transportation. Clearly this is something that could have been handled better and not left guests on their own after confirming the shuttle would be running!

The main reason for booking this hotel was the free shuttle back and forth to the LAX airport. When I checked in last night they assured me that the free shuttle would be available from 5 am -10 pm. Infact they had two so there would be no worries about getting to the airport. This morning when I asked about where to meet the shuttle they advised that the shuttle was broken down and they had no other way to transport us to the airport and so we must use a ride share at our own expense. This is unreasonable as they promote free shuttle to the airport. I asked for them to accommodate the cost and they refused and said to call expedia to dispute it t with them which is again an. Unreasonable response!

Overall everything was ok. Best part of this property is the service. Everyone is so nice & accommodating in any way that can be. But downfalls are the lack of wifi, tv not working and AC not working either.
