Never living a hotel like this. Front desk finding my registrations for a long long time. About 1 hour. Then the room is so poor. No hair dryer no shampoo no shower gel no breakfast.

No blow dryer. No iron. No shampoo or conditioner. Brought towels but only one bath towel for 2 people. Burn holes in the covers and they did not smell clean.

There were a number of problems including non-functioning internet, dirty floors. no ash tray in a smoking room, and the "towels" were actually floor mats. They have made excellent progress on updating the rooms and things were new and in good shape.
