I woke up my last morning there with water leaking through the ceiling of my room. I talked to the front desk and they asked me to take their maintenance person up to the room to look at it. I showed him the leak and it was still dripping. The cabinets and carpet were wet, along with a small travel bag of mine that I had to throw away because it was unclear to me if the water intrusion into my room was from a fresh water source or a sewage source. Since my bag was soaked with water from an unknown source, I asked the lady at the front desk for some financial consideration. She credited my IHG account with 1,131 points. Since I've never used IHG points I didn't realize that this amount of points was only worth about $14. This is a bit of an insult and is not taking care of your customer.

The bar was great. The breakfast was ok. It wasn't stocked when we got there at around 9:00. One biscuit left. No sausage left. Overall we liked the stay.

The room was outdated and felt dirty. The entire hotel looks like it needs updating. I was surprised that breakfast was not included in the stay. I would not recommend it for the price. Great location, right off 75, but that is about it..
