The room and the grounds were average, but it is a very noisy location right on the Interstate. We had to leave the TV on all night to drown out the highway noise.

There was a homeless lady, who I watched come from her encampmemt across the parking lot, who came to breakfast buffet two mornings in a row. The pool was closed (was not aware of that when it was featured on their site). Lastly, I found a crawling roach in my luggage when I was packing up to leave on the last day. I submitted my complaints to the front desk. The only good thing was that the front desk was apologetic.

Toilet paper holder in bathroom was nearly off. Clearly plastered/repaired recently, but not painted, just plastered. Breakfast ran out of coffee, then fruit, muffins, syrup and napkins. No one was keeping track of it, and it was crowded so should have had more attention.
