I came to Ocala for my son's wedding and the hotel staff didn't clean the rooms good even after I asked them 2. The biggest issue was the key wouldn't open the door. The 3 days that we needed to change attire to go to different places it wouldn't open without getting the staff,, FRUSTRATING!

Simple sweet Suprise

Our stay here was excellent. The breakfast was great, fresh every morning. When we arrived the attendant wasn't able to locate our reservation. With a little assistance from her co-worker this issue was quickly resolved. We originally reserved a room with a King bed. After the attendant relayed that our room was given to a guest with the same name we were generously upgraded to a very nice suite. Both attendants were eager to help accommodate us and I've already received my deposit back. I would definitely recommend this HOTEL. Be mindful of the Circle K near the hotel if you're purchasing lottery tickets if you're from out of town. . One of cashiers there cashed my fiancees ticket in and took the money. He tried to tell him he had no money in the register to cover the ticket...that was a lie as well. I actually work for this company so upon leaving FL we returned to the circle K store, reported the cashier and my fiancee received his money. Otherwise it was a fantastic trip!

Checked in and was told no pool , when I made reservation there was no mention of no pool . Checked in to room garbage pail had garbage in it and than went to make a cup of coffee Friday morning and there was an empty coffee pod in the coffee maker.

It’s nice to see old property brought back to life… loved the motel, gym was adequate, breakfast good. I would look at sound absorbing walls between the interstate and motel property. That would definitely be a plus for the motel !

This is more of a motel than a hotel, despite how it was advertised. One of the main reasons we booked this place was for the pool, which turned out to be closed for maintenance and, according to staff, will be out of service for several weeks. That was a major letdown, especially since we were counting on it to entertain our kids after a long car trip. The property appears to have been recently updated, which was nice, though nothing particularly upscale or impressive. Beds were clean, and thankfully, no bugs. However, we did notice a few strands of hair stuck to the top of the shower curtain, which was a bit off-putting. Breakfast was minimal with limited options, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely not what we expected based on the listing.
