Location is great within walking distance to the shopping district and all the tourist destinations. A short walk from the cruise terminal. Staff were all friendly and very helpful the young concierge even helped me repair my suitcase the hotel is nice and full of history but not worth the price

This was a wonderfully clean and new hotel - very close to the ferries. It made our ferry delay very enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend. Staff was very kind and my daughter loved the the chocolates from the front desk :)

We didn’t stay for breakfast and the room was clean. I have a sensitivity to synthetic fabrics and noticed that the bedding was not 100%, and was not comfortable where the bedding touched my skin

If you won't have a car. This is a tough place to stay as coffee, food, convenience store even, are not walkable. Very quiet and comfortable bed but the amenity is the location along the water.
