Great, family friendly lodge! We had a great time. It was a holiday weekend, so as expected the wait times / getting ahold of room service was pretty tough, but again - absolutely to be expected. The prices are a little rough for drinks, etc. but honestly the convenience of having everything right there is pretty great. My only true complaint is that our room was super hot and I am sure because they were busy, we couldn’t get ahold of front desk. The bed is also comparable to sleeping on the floor - that said - we WILL go again. The grounds are so wonderful, and so nice to spend time surrounded by the amazing landscape, amenities and all in a very family and pet friendly environment.

Had an amazing weekend getaway! I loved the outdoorsy theme throughout the resort. From the unique Native artwork, to the gigantic fireplace with rocking chairs, attention to details was carefully thought out. We enjoyed playing in the front lawn, making smores at the outdoor fire pit and using the pool and hou tubs. Can't wait to come back!!

Check in takes way too long, the hotel should improve efficiency. Room is bad in sound insulation, and I was woke up by kids early in the morning
