The Space:

Bellellen Park 2 by Tiny Away offers an amazing tiny house experience just 9 minutes from the town of Stawell and around 12 minutes from Halls Gap. Here at our farm stay, you'll be surrounded by mountain views, beautiful sunsets, and grazing sheep. It's the perfect place to unwind in peaceful holiday homes while reconnecting with nature.



Nearby attractions include Halls Gap Zoo, Clematis Falls, Venus Baths, and Pinnacle Lookout. For the ultimate nature escape, Grampians National Park is just 28 minutes away.



A cozy 170-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen-sized bed and a covertible single bed counch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Bellellen Park 1," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy tiny homes to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny house and walk through the paddocks and creeks, but not the main house or sheds unless necessary.



Safety Notice (PLEASE READ): Just to be aware this tiny home has steep stairs leading up to the bed.



Pre-orders are all available with 24 hrs prior notice:



- Pets allowed with an additional $15 fee.

- A $200 fine applies if a dog attacks a sheep.

And for the ultimate nature escape, Grampians National Park is just 28 minutes away.



When it's time to eat or stock up on essentials, indulge in hearty meals at Flame Brothers, grab a famous pie from Halls Gap Bakery, enjoy authentic flavours at Spirit of Punjab, or unwind at Barney Bistro and Halls Gap Pub. For groceries, Woolworths Stawell is just a convenient stop away.

- Child-friendly accommodation

- Gas BBQ & Trash bins are provided

- All mobile networks have weak signals

- Bottled water and rainwater are available

- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed

- No smoking inside, except outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts in trash bin

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



As this is a working farm, please note:



- We have 2 free-roaming friendly dogs onsite

- We have arround 200 Aussie White x Dorper sheep on the property.

- Please keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals, especially our sheep

- Remember to close the gates behind you, whether you are leaving or entering the property

- Pets allowed with an additional $15 fee. Small dogs only with 24 hrs notice and must be kept on a leash at all times. A $200 fine applies if a dog attacks a sheep. The full pet policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- Fires must remain within the designated fire pit area

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
