The cabin was spotless and the staff very courteous. We enjoyed the fish and chips on Friday. The view from our Lakeview cabin was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and will come again. Thanks so much for providing a wonderful park.

This park is so beautiful. The lake is great for fishing and swimming . The kids loved the pool and games room . A great place to unwind . The front office needs to stock a few more things to cater more to guests . Face washers would be a welcome addition aswell . Overall amazing park

All aspects very good except communication with staff when they couldn't find our prepsyment. It took a numbet of calls re my date of bank transfer to sort it out. Over our 3 nights stay we did not see any of the management staff. Grounds people were excellent.

Never going there again!!! The manager was very rude to my partner when he called them regarding our booking. Then when we arrived she was still impolite & rude upon checking in. We had a query regarding the rate per night for extra guests, as the rate on the website was different to what they wanted to charge us once we got there. There was no linen, pillows or linen on beds when we arrived. We had to go ask them at reception for these. When the manger brought the linen to our cabin, she didn’t even knock! She came straight in, walked into one of the rooms and dumped everything on the bed. The first morning we had planned on cooking pancakes. There was no frying pan. We had to go back to reception to ask for one, where my partner was rudely greeted again & told to have another look but when my partner said that he’d already had a thorough look, she finally gave him one whilst saying “make sure you leave it in the cabin when you leave”. Appalling service!! My sister was charged $20 just to enter the property as a day visitor for a couple of hours. We paid way too much for what we got. Cabin was very small & floors were dirty. I would NOT recommend staying there if you want to be treated poorly. The only good thing about the place is the view of Lake Fyans & the Grampians in the distance.

I think we visited during off peak time. The park was nice and quiet. The lake was nice. The park is a little run down. The cabin was clean and liveable. Annoying how you cant drink from the tap and have to walk to get water. We were there to see the grampians, probably wouldnt recommend for that purpose just because of the distance. Wouldve been easier for us to stay in Halls Gap, will do that next time. Overall, perfectly adequate. Easy check in, easy to navigate.

Lovely quiet caravan park. We enjoyed the 10km walk around the lake. Please note you can’t drink the tap water. Will come back one day.
