Very clean, neat. Bed and pillows comfy. Nice indirect lighting in room. We stayed on first floor room 126. Quiet except for the heating/AC unit, which was loud and difficult to control 60 degree setting ( the lowest) = about 72). We reported that. Wonderful coffee available all the time and we liked the breakfast. Personnel were delightful.

My mother stayed here on her drive to DC, and I couldn't say enough good things. She was feeling very faint and unwell as she arrived to the hotel, and she said the young man who checked her in (Daniel J.) was amazing with her. He went out of his way to help her to her room and get her everything she needed to feel better. I would highly recommend this hotel, just from the service alone.

It is a very nice hotel to stay at. This is the hotel I stay in when I’m traveling up to NJ. I’ve stayed at this Stafford/Quantico Hotel Inn Express since it’s opened. There is one exception and the only incident is when I was leaving to hotel to continue to NJ there was a receptionist (I will not share the name) who said “did I enjoyed my stay”, I told her there were a few things in my room that I would mention to the corporate office in my review. She was insist that I tell her. There were other people behind me and I didn’t want them to wait and hear what I would say, but that was not good enough for her, she was loud and yelling across the hotel lobby as I walked away. I did not want to get into a “Karen situation”. I don’t think I’ve received a survey from HIE yet. But when I do I will be more specific on the details. This incident doesn’t warrant me from not staying at this hotel again. I’ve enjoyed my stays. It is a quick on and off Interstate 95. Lots of restaurants around and shopping right across the way.
