Hotel- unable to get suite that I booked due to the elevators being out of order. Got a room downgraded with 2 queen beds on first floor. Door lock is missing, the turn knob lock will not turn. Unable to lock room door at all.No shower curtain in the bathroom, unable to take a shower, and no hand soap for the bathroom.

In general it was ok. I did not like the beds: low and hard. There was whole on the wall by the floor that was poorly cover with something like cement. The room was clean and the bathroom was great with a roll in shower. We stayed for one night with family and pets. The staff were polite and very helpful.

For starters the directions to the hotel are wrong. It brought me 2 miles down the road to a Goodwill store. When I called,the girl didn’t know where I was but said to punch in Denny’s on the same road. It was next door. The room was clean but smelled strongly of cleaner. I know it is a pet friendly hotel but the smell was overwhelming. The fridge had a freezer full of frost. I could barely fit my ice blocks for my cooler. It was nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the shower but very challenging to get out by squeezing the sides. The tv was big and had a lot of channels. I did appreciate having a place to rest on my trip where my dog was welcome. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

The door to the room itself wasn't wide enough for my husband's wheelchair, which made it difficult to get in and out. The room itself was ok. The pillows aren't the best but it was adequate. We probably wouldn't stay there again in the future.

Arvette was the best! So friendly and kind to all the guests. She is a saint and deserves a raise! She is hands down the best front desk i have ever interacted with made you feel like you were at home and welcomed!

Room was clean, very spacious, junior king suite, large TV, full size refrigerator, decor cozy and attractive. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, Bathroom was very small, toilet too low. Also though mattress had been premium one before, it was uneven now, and caused discomfort. Should be rotated. Breakfast was as good as others said with hot options, (scrambled eggs, sometimes boiled, waffles, pancakes, bacon/sausage/or biscuits & gravy, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt.

Stayed on a road trip coming back from Florida. The staff were very friendly. The location was convenient, right off of Route 95. The room was clean and had a nice couch and chair. The free breakfast was decent. I would recommend for a stay when traveling on 95.

From the moment we arrived we noticed the facilities were dirty. Our room looks ok until we look at the bed blanket and had an old blood stain and other stains that look like makeup. In the morning the smells of Pot/Marijuana and cigarettes weak us up. Elevators were dirty and one of them out of order. We would never be returning again. Awful experience.

The room we stayed in was big but the rom had alotnof issues. The shower head was broke the carpet was dirty. I definitely had better stays at the one on Warrenton Road. Will be going to that location next time we come back to Va.

The room was spotless and check in and check out was smooth. The door had some issues on our last day and took a bit to un-jam in order to close, but locked well overnight and we always felt safe even on the first floor. All of the furniture was dinged up but housekeeping was perfect. Everyone we met on the staff were pleasant, and we had a nice stay.
