Horrible condition of building and surrounginds. Although some rooms are already nicely remodeled the while building is under heavy construction and is very inconvenient to check in. I had a late night arrival and had to wait outside a side door, calling a number in the window, and wait for someone else to open the door. Then the front desk clerk wasn't to be found as she was walking her dog at 11:44 pm. This is an old Red Roff Inn (and it shows) with interior wall stuccos falling appart in pieces, without functioning elevators. The front door entrance has a massive steel structure being erected with tons of concrete and debris on the ground, making access to the lobby unsafe and not convenient. There's zero security in and out of the building and the neighborhood doesn't look inviting, to say the least. A place under this level of construction shouldn't be allowed to open to the public until 80-90% of the remodelarion is done. At least.

The hotel is completely under construction. When we pulled in it looked like it had been abandoned. It wasn't until driving around we found a side door open and checked in. If you go through the wrong door you will be stuck on the first floor with no entrance to the actual hotel. The room was beautiful when we got to it, there is no working elevator so you have to use the stairs. Only checkout options are 11 or 12 for late checkout... Went to checkout at 11 and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. There are no chairs in the lobby to sit and no covered spots outside to sit if you need to wait for a Uber or lyft. A warning of the conditions we were about to walk into would have been nice since expedia gave us no warning at all. Again beautiful rooms and hallways when construction is complete it will be gorgeous.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly but the room was disgusting. Soon as we walked in the smell of mold and the floor being soaked by whatever substances was very unsettling. But i went back up to the front desk to let them know and the clerk help us get a new and clean room right away. Customer service was great

Hotel was under renovation wich was not told to us at booking. Rooms were outdated and dirty. Definitely would not go back anytime soon. Staff was nice and did issue a refund at least for remaining nights left on or reservation.

Worst hotel ever

That was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed out. Filthy. The bathtub was filthy. The toilet was filthy. The floors were filthy. They were doing construction which they didn’t say until you checked in so it was extremely noisy and dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody was absolutely pits.

We did not stay. They are under construction/renovations. We were told that it would be “slightly noisy” due to the work being done. As soon as we got to the first room the workers started outside the room. It was so loud and startling that I had a PTSD reaction.
