The location for our stay was ideal. The downside for our room was the shower, clawfoot tub with a pull around shower curtain. If you can't step over the tub to get in and out and want a shower do not rent this room. Older renters who like to shower instead of a bath should think twice. I do not know about the other rooms at ONE Inn. Also our room was on the third floor, stairs only. The rest of the house is shared living space and all of the guests were friendly and respectful. Parking, we reregistered our car with the host and parked in the designated area but still received a parking ticket. Our host at ONE Inn payed the ticket no questions asked. We were able to walk everywhere as this is a good, quiet and safe neighborhood. Overall a good experience except for the shower.

We really enjoyed this property, location, amenities and quiet. This place is walking distance to everything, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The amenities, full size kitchen, large dining table, comfortable living room to hang out. Had a porch and courtyard to enjoy your coffee or expresso. Yes there is a Nespresso machine and it was wonderful. Our room was comfortable, bed was just right and they had a little coffee machine in it. Only thing I would say that some might not like is the four claw bath tub, sides are high so you have to be careful getting in and out. We will return, loved this property for its proximity to bars restaurants and shopping. We never drove our car once.

Fabulous location ! Just a quick walk to wonderful restaurants and shops .Mandy ( Innkeeper ) was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. We had a few hiccups but Mandy was super responsive . Lovely little Inn…
