Simply wonderful! Ocean views lovely from top level and so fun to gather there. The hot tub and couch and chairs made it great for gathering, stargazing, and meals. The home was comfortable and cozy and plenty of space for the 7 of us. Beach is short easy walk away. Perfect for our Bachelorette and for family trips. Highly recommend!

The house was wonderful. I wish we could have stayed there longer. We were only there a few days for a wedding. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. Views were great. So many restaurant choices. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Pickleball courts right across the street. Host was great.

Lots of stairs! Luckily we are very in shape people but even for us it was a lot. Kitchen is on the fourth floor. The one bedroom you have to go through the garage to get to it and the bathroom is super tiny! Showed a dresser in the pictures but there was not a dresser anymore so storage was limited as well. The keurig brewed mold even after I tried cleaning it with white distilled vinegar. I did tell the owners and was jus told where to find the vinegar at to clean it. So we walked to the gas station everyday for coffee instead. Overall the beds were comfortable and the house felt clean. Kitchen was very tiny as well especially for 9 people with very limited counter space. The location was perfect with a 5 minute walk to the beach and brand new pickleball courts right outside the house. They did have everything you could need for the beach, which was nice. Location is probably the best part about this house. If you don’t like stairs or have a hard time with them this is not the house for you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Clearwater Beach apartment. The place was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up, clearly showing great attention to detail.The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing. Everything worked perfectly, from the kitchen appliances to the Wi-Fi, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and homey.This apartment truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Great location.

The house is in a great location. Great view from the rooftop. Issues with one of the bathrooms for a majority of the stay. Owner did offer money back. First floor bedroom is hidden in the back behind the garage. Owner offered plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Elevator only works from ground level up to other floors.

10/10 We really liked the space/roomy. The location was very convenient and had very nice views from both sides of the property. The condo was very accommodating and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The beach wagon was a life saver. The only suggestion/recommendation we can think of is if it had a golf cart. However, we were definitely in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Best vacation!!

The home was very clean.We really enjoyed the rooftop the views were stunning.George was very prompt in answering our questions and concerns.Just be sure to read the manual regarding the operation of the elevator.Sure was nice to have. Absolutely fantastic Clearwater Beach townhouse experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout the property. We're avid players, so being able to walk over and enjoy a few games whenever we wanted was a huge bonus! Fabulous views

The location and size of this house is great. The elevator was a godsend since we had lots of groceries going to the 4th floor for our Thanksgiving dinner. Seating was a bit crowded but we’re a close family so it worked. We had a little hiccup upon checking in but George was on top of it and we were very happy with our stay. You can’t beat the views from the rooftop!
