This apartment has 500 sqft of living space with the stainless steel appliances, stylish décor with memory foam mattress, fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace. It also has a hardwood flooring, large windows with a view of cityscape and park.

Guest will be able to use entire apartment. Besides apartment, guest will have access to lobby area with coffee bar and additional work tables. Guest will also have access to gated backyard.

1. Parking: There is metered street parking in front of the building. (free from 7am to 7pm, Sundays and Holidays)
2. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
3. No smoking anything, or vapaing inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. Please dispose of butts inside the provided receptacle located in the rear patio.
4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
5. Please do not rearrange our furniture.
6. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
7. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over, you must get pre authorization from us. If guests are found to have a party or large gathering, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
8.Checkout instructions: Please throw trash in the dumpster located next to rear parking. Put dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle. Put your towels in the bathtub. Leave linens on the bed.

Public transport is available within 50 ft of walking distance. Our complementary garage parking is located at our sister property (10 minute walk). Alternatively, you can park on the street (free from 7pm-7am, Sunday)

Pet Rules 1. There is a $15 pet fee per pet per night. For a monthly stay there is a flat fee of $250 per pet per month. 2. Excessive barking or noise from pet may result in immediate cancellation 3. Please clean up after your pet in all common areas. 4. Pets must be kept of leash at all times including our fenced back yard.
Pet fee will be paid at check-in, failure to report to us will result in a $250.00 charge per reservation.

Right in the Busy City

Close to downtown, Central West End, and the Hill. Across the street from St. Louis University. Very active and lots of traffic, but there is a nice little park across the street. Apartment is on the second floor, is clean and compact and the bedroom looks out toward Lindall Blvd.
