I hadn't come here since 2019-2020. Unfortunately, except for the comfortability of the bed, and the made-to-order omelets, everything else has dramatically gone downhill. I can understand how the last few years economy has been horrible and honestly I'm surprised hotels are even able to stay open with the cost of everything, but if you DO stay open there has to be a set of standards. Personally, I'm not as upset about it as I could be because of the price we paid for the room, but I would understand if people were upset. This place just needs a proper cleaning and to finish the renovations. More than anything for me, it's just sad for me to see what I'm sure had it's days in it's prime- with the crystal chandeliers, marble staircase, and ballroom floors... become less than appealing simply due to lack of care. However, it's relatively quiet for the city and we would return if the place was cleaned up.

Great breakfast! Programable water temp in shower was nice. Can't take back any food to room from breakfast. Have to pay $6 for parking during the week. Can't get towels from housekeeping, had to wait over an hour and a half to get more from front desk. Stain and hair on sheet and pillow case. Rat chewed up wiring in vehicle in parking garage.

Honestly for the price paid for one night I was disappointed. Excellent location and very friendly staff, however, this property is in need of a multi-million dollar renovation to bring it up to speed. The room I had was EXCELLENT. No complaints there whatsoever. Fully remodeled, updated, and had everything expected. However, the rest of the property including all of the common areas and ESPECIALLY the pool area is in desperate need of many many repairs and updates.

We loved this property. The staff were all helpful and knowledgeable. The complimentary full service breakfast was a real treat. Tom and the crew really made it special. Very pleasant stay. We will stay here again when in St. Louis.

Property is being remodeled. The remodeled areas are very nice. However, some areas are unfinished and a little shaggy. Overall it will very nice once completed and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Customer service was lacking. When asked specific questions, customer service made no attempt to obtain answers or resolve the situation. (e.g. An event was scheduled in the ballroom, on the same floor our rooms were located. When I inquired about the hours of the event due to noise level, and the lack of parking in the garage due to the event, I was consistently told, “I don’t know”.) We were all very disappointed.
