I was on a very long road trip in an electric vehicle and chose this hotel because they advertised being pet friendly and having an electric car charging. They were indeed pet friendly, and the hotel was clean and staff was nice. But upon check-in, I was told "the hotel chose not to participate in a network update for our car charger so it doesn't work now". This was extremely frustrating as my booking through Hotels.com was nonrefundable, and I had to drive to a car charger further into the city and back, which cost me well over an hour when I was exhausted. I had done my research, but both Hotels.com and moonrise was allowing advertising of something they didn't have.

Nice hotel but the website is horribly incorrect and misleading. The menus are outdated and it says that there is an all seasons rooftop bar/restaurant, which we were informed upon arrival that there is not. We chose this hotel because of its convenience to an event but also the menu and rooftop bar, so it was quite a disappointment. The restaurant service was awful on top of it all.

The hotel was nice. Staff was amazing and welcoming. Food was meh. Rooftop was closed due to wear but we were allowed to spend some up there. I was disappointed that the tv didn’t offer sign up to my apps. One person said I could do it another said no. There is a cute market and CVS within two blocks and former church across street. They lied at the former church saying the taxes were higher when they actually cheated us.
