Super cool hotel

I really loved this hotel. I was welcomed to check in early upon arrival. Super chic, clean and comfy. I was on the 5th floor and it was so quiet. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and generally, ecspecially in the morning I can hear doors slamming from adjacent rooms. I heard nothing. The shower was cool, came directly down from the ceiling, loved that. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. I would absolutlely stat here again.

Staff needs better training!

The front desk ran my card but then kicked it out and it had to be ran again which put a hold on my account for the charge twice. This was an error on the desk help and it really caused an issue with my money. Then the card was hacked as well so I had to cancel the card and dispute the fraudulent charges.

Great view looking out over Delmar. Right next to the Pageant. We stayed here to got to a concert. The restaurant was delicious. Great service at check. Excellent service at dinner (thanks, Elissa!). Friendly at check out.

This hotel is in a very unsafe area of town! Right next door is a smoke shop, and when we walked out of the hotel, there was a large group fighting outside the shop. While there is a security guard, he was nowhere to be found when we had to go get something out of our car. The staff was nice and the room was decent (although not the cleanest), but I would definitely not recommend due to the unsafe area!

Cute hotel, but used to be better

This was my 2nd time staying here. I stayed last year and was much more impressed. This time around, it was not as nice of a stay. The shower was very dirty, the soaps provided were not as nice, and there was no robe in the bathroom as there previously was. Seems to have declined since my last stay, which is unfortunate because i loved this place the last time i was here.
