This was not a cheap hotel by any means so I expected so much more. The room was filthy & housekeeping never came. I had to call for clean towels. The final straw was when the a/c in my room quit working. The manager acted like she could care less & was in no hurry to help me. I got angry enough that my room charge was refunded.

Staff and service were very good. The rooftop view was excellent as was the food. Rooms and the rest need an updating. Otherwise a nice stay.

Hotel bar/ restaurant staff was very rude. Air conditioning in the room barely worked. It only cooled off 5 degrees from 80 inside the room in 12 hours. We was absolutely miserable.

Horrible stay due to maintenance not fixing issues

We have stayed at the Hilton at the Ballpark several times however this last stay was horrible. We stayed while in town for the Savannah Bananas game. Our room smelled like sewage, the sink gurgled every time you flushed the toilet and the toilet as gurgled. We went to guest services twice to get maintenance to come fix the problem and he said we needed a new room however no rooms were available due to the baseball game and conference in town. They said that they would send someone else to fix the issue and never did. They finally comped the room due to all the issues after talking to guest services for the 3rd time.

I booked my room 6 months ago and paid extra for a stadium view. I checked in and was told that they were giving me a free upgrade to the executive floor with lounge access. I thought wow good for me... wrong!! We get to the room and it is so small and not a stadium view. There was an awful smell in the hallway. The floors lookes like they hadnt been vacuumed. Not sure if they were burn marks on the carpet. The side table had not been cleaned, it had food on it. The room was warm not cooling off below 76. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet had stains and tp in it. There was a used tissue in the garbage can. The bathroom was so small and did not lock. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten. The closet door was broken. We had no other choice other than to stay because everything within a 40 mile radius was sold out. Oh and the executive lounge access offers nothing on the weekends but coffee, juice and water. That was our big joke of an upgrade!

We liked the convenient access from the ball park. But it is nothing spectacular for the price of the room. The shower had one temp and no pressure. Breakfast is outrageous for what it is.

Never got a room through Expedia so I paid for two rooms. They felt bad due to Expedias not changing our date and confirming with the hotel so these was no room so I paid through Expedia and Hilton. Won’t book through Expedia again.

Staff in the bar has not been great. We are here now and being ignored also they don't really have a good selection like the website indicates. It is rooftop but only if you have an "in" so go at your own risk
