The entire staff was so very nice and accommodating. I’ve never seen an entire hotel staff so very friendly. Hotel was clean, pool was warm and clean and the breakfast buffet was always stocked full and delicious.

One of the beds had blood and something else on it; clearly they didn't clean the bedding. We talked to the front desk, who were very kind about it, but it took like 90 minutes to get new bedding. They also said they'd waive parking fees as a result, but charged us anyway. The USB port was broken. One of the dresser handles was broken. Not in great condition.

Only good for an Arch View

The only good thing about the hotel was the view of the arch from our room and the fact we could walk to it. The staff wasn’t very friendly, the beds totally uncomfortable and the linens too small to share in a queen bed, several outlets and charging stations didn’t work and the tub faucet was loose. We couldn’t get a comfortable temp in the room either- it was too hot or too cold no matter what we tried. The microwaves in the common area were both very dirty. My husband also got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes, and the staff seemed less than prompt to help. Fortunately, someone (another guest I’m sure), called the elevator from another floor, and it finally began to move.

The elevators were super frustarting. They wouldnt work correctly sometimes and were very inefficient. Breakfast was in a pretty small area and got very busy some mornings. Not a horrible hotel by any stretch but just frustarting at times. Staff was amazing and rooms were clean.

Clean hotel, within walking distance of a lot of places. Most of the staff were extremely nice. Only downside was could hear the street traffic but once got a fan that made a big difference
