First room smelled like cigarette smoke covered up by heavy perfume. They moved us to another room and it smelled like sewer with particles of something in the bathtub. The third room was finally okay. The young lady at the desk was very apologetic and was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good.

First of all they provided a room was full of cigarettes smell then they changed it to different room tgat having a so many issues 1) They don’t have lights in the washroom 2) Flush was not working 3) hair dryer was not working 4) We stayed for 2 days and room cleaning was not done

The stay was ok. I was upset along with a few other guests who were not informed of extra fees after the rooms had already been booked and paid for. Maybe this is something the site should look into and make more inclusive in the prices.

The first room we were assigned had a strong odor and it appeared that someone had smoked inside. We were moved to a second room, but the bathroom light and toilet flush were not working. Even after we reported the issue, the light was never fixed.

Not sure why this property was rated so highly, usually hotels.com gets it right, but this place was really worn down, staff was not caring, had to pay $26 to self park, and we had lady bugs living with us in our tiny suite. Seriously, the suites are really small and the only thing good about it was the king bed. We were stuck due to a snow storm so we had breakfast the next morning and moved to the Drury Inn Forest Park down the road where we received far better service & amenities, not to mention temp-controlled garage for free!

This is not a residence inn , this is a quality inn . Kids found someone's underwear int sofa bed switched room and there cereal crumbs in the furniture. This hotels staff needs customer service training and the cleaning people need training . The front desk exhibits a lack of concern for issues.
