I called the front desk around 930pm to complain about kids running up and down the hallway. The receptionist stated "what do you want us to do about it" in shock i said get someone up here ro make them stop, she said yes maam we will get someone. Secondly we had to call 3 times to get extra towels and still none showed up, we then saw the house cleaners and she gave us some, but they ended up coming in our room ro straighten them up and left the door ajar. Thank God no one took anything. That was poor service on yalls part. The showers in both our room and our sons room was filty. Yall look good on the outside, but the inside (people and cleanliness needs to ramp up! Never will we come back.
