Carpets very dirty. No towels in the room, I had to ask for towels at the desk. The room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. . Piles of dirty laundry in hall for two days. Housekeeping cart was sitting in the hall for two and never moved. It was like nobody was cleaning rooms. The first room we were given was dirty, it looked like the previous occupants had just walked out. Bed run made dirty line and everywhere trash was overflowing, and it looked like somebody had torn up paper and scattered it all over the floor in the whole room the best thing about the property is the staff was very friendly and very helpful when we would go down to the desk and ask for fresh linen or tell them that we needed a different room. They were very courteous and prompt and taking care of it.
