There was toilet paper in the toilet on arrival. When getting a shower I found a used wash rag hanging on the shower curtain. There were crumbs all over the floor. It wreaked of pot in the hallways.

Room was ok. First room TV didn't work. The front desk gentleman was outstanding helping me move to a new room and making sure everything was fine. The website still shows coffee makers in the room. I'm ok if you don't but there were no cups in the rooms for me to use to rinse after brushing my teeth or ways to get ice from the machine into the room. The coffee machine in the lobby is available 24hrs but didn't know that.

Everything was good except for the fact that there were no available ice buckets for ice so I had to get cups. Outside of that I had no complaints. Rooms were clean and fresh, breakfast was fresh.

The staff we talked to were very friendly and helpful. There was a cough drop on the floor by the bed and long hairs on the bathroom floor. Not sure the floors had been cleaned. When we plugged devices in the lamp outlet, they fell back out. The tv didn't work, had to ask twice for someone to reset it. Didn't realize there was no housekeeping during our 3 day stay. The faucets in the bathtub were so loose, i thought they'd come off. And the toilet paper was so thin! I hesitated to write this because usually I just let things go, but all added up, I think it needs attention. We went with the Wyndham name. Should have double-checked. The breakfast was fine.
