The staff member who checked us in made the process fast and painless. He was also there after our concert and helped us with snacks and drinks - he was so friendly! The property was clean, as described, and close to everything! Would recommend to a friend and stay here again.

Checked out early and went to the Hyatt Place a few miles away. The difference in price was worth it. I would not stay here again. The breakfast was repetitive and mediocre. The hot food seemed to be reheated frozen food and the fruit bowl had apples that had started to rot. I could not get my room cleaned after staying there for SIX DAYS despite going down to the front desk and asking for the room to be cleaned.
