the hotel is very old, the staff who can speak english was helpul but some of them couldnt communicate , the gym was closed and abandone, the breakfast only have waffles on the weekend and it is very limited.. and hte smell of smoke in the rom and hallways is terrible, not to mention the smoke alarm going off all the time

Damn, this place is beat. Rough looking stains in the halls and the rooms. Broken chairs. Dirty windows. Loose tiles. Too their credit; the staff was efficient and the bed was clean. Nothing else about this place is acceptable, unless you're a poor like me.

I ended up not even staying because the property was horrible,it was so dirty that we had trouble even looking at the room and decided it wasn’t healthy or safe to stay. This property should be checked for the clenliness by some officials. It is very dirty!

The room was very dirty, carpet was displaced, very dirty, worn out, the closet door was broken and displayed. The breakfast buffet, customers have to ask for refills the foods or asked for coffee; they would refill very little each time. I will not come back to stay in this hotel again even it’s in great location.

Dirty room... Pool was not open until 3 days into our trip but was dirty... Fitness room was closed.. elevator was down for the first 2 days of my stay..... Asked for extra blankets and they would not give them.. asked for extra towels but they wanted the same amount of dirty towels back first... My daughter got sexually harassed by some yard workers.... Will never stay here again
