I am so ashamed that this hotel is open in Saint Louis! I flew a 15 hour flight from Kuwait. I stopped at this hotel to meet my family because I was preparing for a connecting flight to Mexico, i couldn’t properly rest after choosing such a smelly, never cleaned, and unbelievably dirty place. The balcony windows were filthy, the carpeted in the corridors & rooms were dirty, and there was hair in the uncleaned showers and bed!!! I was so afraid of possible bed-bugs.

The hotel smells of weed and cigarettes. Halls were filthy. The bed was comfortable which was the saving grace.

This was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. It smelled horrible, the drapes were hanging off of the rods, there was an awful stain on the carpet between the beds, the carpet in general was so filthy that we were nervous to walk without shoes, the tub didn't drain properly, the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls, and all in all just a dismal, dirty room. It shouldn't ever be rented out. Beware!!!!!

Disgusting Do not Visit!!!

Filthy disgusting I don’t recommend anybody visiting this hotel. What you see on the hotels website advertise for this hotel is not what you get. Everything is stained the carpet the tile the walls the bed the couch. The parking lot is very sketchy lots of loitering. The room smelled like Smoke and musty basement. I can’t upload the videos but the pictures tell the experience. The manager does not take accountability and makes excuse’s for it all. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!!
Stains all over the couch and cushions. Yuck
Blood stains all over the carpet leading into the bathroom. The manager said it was deodorant that didn’t get cleaned up before we checked in.
White crusted stains on the chair.
Red stains on the tiles and carpet is dirty.

NEVER go here the pictures are not what the property looks like whatsoever. It was extremely run down. There were bugs, food on the floor, and stains EVERYWHERE. I didn’t not feel safe here whatsoever.

Its absolutely disgusting the place is so dirty and the room dont even get me started. The pictures arent even if the hotel. Our room had dried blood all over the floor. Of you are looking to get bed bugs out maybe robbed stay here! Absolutely disgusting!

This hotel is in extremely poor condition. Furniture in the room was broken, lamp shade was cracked, toilet seat was cracked, bed was coming off the frame, couch was dirty. I asked the girl at the front desk for some clean towels and she said that I had to wait until 10:00 and ask housekeeping. It wasnt that she did not have any available, she said that she would get in trouble if she gave out extra towels to guests. I will make sure that I skip this location in the future.

People are being evicted. People are being arrested. They look like a drug infested place and I brought my wife in there. I’d like to have a total refund because we had to check out early. Our wife is too scared to go therehotel.com. It’s a third time this has happened. Are you not checking out the establishment you are advertising for I want a total refund.

First of all the room said 538 but it was on the bottom floor. Second, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Third and final, I paid $20.00 for a late check out and at 11:15 am We got a knock on the door room service. Now any other company would have refunded my money since we didn’t get to sleep in. I knew w would be late getting back from the graduation party so that is why I ask for the late check out. Sorry to say I won’t be using them again.

Air conditioner did not work in the room, the bathtub wasnt clean, and the toilet was dirty. Temperature was on the mid to high 80s all night. We had a fan which helped keep air flow.... The night of checkin the manager said he would fix it the next day. He never showed up. We checked out 2 days early, that next morning. They double charged my card for the full stay. Took 10 days to get a partial payment back. Will never stay here again. Guests were cordial. Staff was polite.
