So nice to be directly next to the Arch. I went out for an early bike ride and got Coffee and enjoyed the park. Only real negative was the valet was super backed up and parking garage was full so after an 11 hour drive I had to go find parking blocks away in not the best area. Also, no room service was not ideal but can order to go at the different restaurant options downstairs

Nice stay

The room I originally booked was not available, due to the hotel over booking. I was given a business class room at the same rate. I was unaware of the valet parking fee of $50. The staff was great and the hotel was nice and convenient for what I was in town for.

Very nice accomodation. The area around the hotel is lacking alternate places to eat that are in walking distance. Valet parking at $50 day seems a bit excessive.

Very clean and location to everything was great! Easily walk to the arch and ballpark village.

Valet and front desk said they could not accommodate our vehicle. Husband found a parking garage and to our surprise the hotel valet was parking cars in the same garage. We were able to take the parking ticket to be validated at the hotel yet they could not accommodate us. The bellhop leaned the metal cart against the pain on our truck. Because I needed a luggage cart I had to let a bellhop take it because it was policy if you use a cart they have to take it up for you. Room was outdated and housekeeping was not to my standards of cleanlisness .very overwhelming arrival with stress of not knowing if we would be able to park our vehicle in an unfamiliar city with high crime rates.
