Beyond my expectations

I was not familiar with the Drury hotel chain (I live in Hawaii) but on my recent trip to St. Louis to visit an ailing aunt I stayed at the Drury Hotel in Creve Coeur. The hotel did not give me the service I expected it gave me service beyond what I expected. The complementary breakfast is outstanding, and coming in from a day at the hospital to find a machine with freshly popped popcorn available for me to take to my room was so nice touch. Everyone at the desk was friendly and accommodating. There just is not one thing I could say needed improving. Good job Drury Hotel.

From the time I walked in until I walked out, everyone was super friendly. We had our kids with us, and it is a very KID-FRIENDLY experience, as there were many kids there. That alone makes this hotel great because dealing with a lot of families can be tough, but the staff did it with a smile.

This property is wonderful, and my family and I have stayed here several times over the past few years. The only slight negative was that when I had brought my kids to the pool area, the timer on the hot tub didn't have a knob attached and therefore the jets couldn't be run. The pool was just fine otherwise, and the rooms, updated bathrooms, dining, and customer service were all top notch. All in all a 4.8 out of 5, and we will continue to be back.
