My wife and I love this hotel. We stay here enough to be familiar with it. We booked a room with a bathtub and during the entire weekend we and another room we were staying with had almost no hot water. When I complained to the desk we were told they were aware of the problem and it was due to the extreme cold outside. They removed parking fees and that was the extent of the help.

It was good and beautiful on the inside. Loved all the art. The bed was comfy and the room was like an apartment .The only thing that stunk is that there wasn't a microwave in the room. But there was one on the floor so it worked out.

No hot water in the shower, shampoo and conditioner was out. Was so noisy we had to make a complaint and security came at midnight to tell the people next door to quiet down. It did no good, it sounded like a party going on next door. We did not get any sleep. Was not a pleasant stay.

The hotel was amazing. The room was clean, and the location was perfectly centralized. The young lady in reception who checked md in had a horrible attitude each time i encountered her. I was also due a parking pass at the time of check in which she intentionally left off. I had to get one from someone else and I intentionally waited until she wasn’t at the front desk to get it. Dealing with her alone soured the experience.

Hotel has a very interesting approach with themed rooms and the artists on display. Rooms were clean but are due for some upgrades. Staff was attentive and friendly. Really wish there were room service or even a restaurant that was open on the weekends.
