Five day stay, housekeeping only cleaned room day before we left. We had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, etc There was never anyone at front desk. We asked not to be in room near elevator. We were given room directly across from elevator and heard door chime all night long. Beds were very uncomfortable. No support, felt all broken down which is odd given the hotel has only been open a few months. Rooms have kitchens but you’ll need to bring dishes, utensils and cookware. Makes no sense. Budget quality hotel but the price doesn’t reflect that. Much better options in the area.

Great place to stay

It is a brand new hotel so EVERYTHING is new!! Everything is clean and comfortable. There were data ports, lots of plug ins, lots of counter space in the bathroom, lighted bathroom mirror, streaming tv with local cable, nice cooking area with microwave, 2 burner electric stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

Good Place to Stay for Quick Trip

The positives are the hotel is brand new so everything is clean and shiny. The service from the staff was excellent and it had a nice laundry room. The full kitchenette was also nice. The negatives are it’s very barebones and economical. Rooms and bathroom are very small, no breakfast, swimming pool, exercise room, etc.

Clean and pleasant

The hotel is in the out skirts of St. Joseph MO, it’s in a nice area. There’s food and shopping within walking distance. The room was very nice and clean, there is a little kitchen area, which would have been great if we were staying a full weekend. All around great place!
