Hôtel familliale avec déjeuner continental froid inclus. La glissade de la piscine est amusante pour les enfants mais pas faite pour les adultes ( avec risque de blessure). Il faudrait enlever l'eau du plancher de la piscine plus souvent, pendant notre séjour quelqu'un s'est blessé en tombant à cause de l'eau accumuler sur le sol. Il faut absolument la supervision accru des parents lors des baignades. L'eau de la piscine un peu froide et flou. Le service était parfait, les employé souriants , gentils et serviables. Mes enfants ont adorés leur expérience et en plus juste à côté de pleins de commodités. On recommande aux familles.

There are a lot of bad reviews on this hotel. However I don’t see why. I don’t beat around the bush with reviews. The rooms or at least the one I was in was updated with new furniture freshly painted. They are currently renovating their breakfast buffet area. However they still offered a small continental breakfast, which is not like other hotels. No waffles or sausages, and only hard boiled eggs. But overall I would stay at this hotel again.

Horrible experience bad for health !

Worst hotel. We got there our room smelt really bad. We complained so they brought a machine up to clear smell. It was and OZONE machine which is super bad for your health especially kids. My son couldn’t breath had a major coughing fit because of this , we couldn’t stay in the room had to book another hotel. First they told me they couldn’t do refund, after fighting with girl onsite I finally got refunded for our second night but she said she couldn’t for first night and that I would need to talk to manager . 9 calls and 9 messages for manager and never a call back. Weird the manager is never at work . Will never go back and recommend to stay somewhere else worst experience ever !
