The beach area was nice (except for the goose droppings, but can't control that) but the rest of the property wasn't great. Breakfast was bland, the room smelled and had dusty spiderwebs in the corner and you had to walk outside for breakfast and the indoor pool. Just not ideal. The front desk staff barely acknowledged us as we walked in.

It was amazing to wake up each morning with Lake Huron just hundreds of feet away. Easy access to the ferries to Mackinac Island. Delicious breakfasts.
