Room was lovely with a wonderful lakeview. The sheets on one of the beds had stains, but seemed clean. Breakfast was large, but unimpressive. Coffe mate creamer👎. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We will be back.

The room was recently updated, well maintained, excellent view from the balcony. We checked in at about 4pm, the line was long but 4 staff were actively checking people in resulting in brief wait time. We liked the Keurig in the room for coffee.

Room was spacious, however dated. The fan in the bathroom was coming down from the ceiling with an inch of dust. The complimentary breakfast had great choices and the dining area was clean. One member of the staff (young lady) while checking out was curt and condescending, which was not a great way to end overnight stay.

The front desk staff was unfriendly, and our room was not properly cleaned. The bedding was stained, and there was a spiderweb in the corner of the room. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially considering the high room rates. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The general manager, canceled our reservation after I had asked him for a refund since we had a personal family emergency. He advised me to call Expedia to cancel my reservation. My husband and I made an effort to show up and we called the hotel to let them know we were running late. To our surprise, they had canceled our reservation and not refunded us a dime. Mind you that the reason he wouldn’t cancel our reservation with a full refund was because he could not get the room booked in time if we did that so he would lose money. When I asked to speak to him again, he told me that the room was no longer available, to which I let him know you told me you couldn’t book the room in time which is why you couldn’t offer me a refund. This man was unhelpful and unapologetic. He put us on hold to find a solution supposedly but the line hung up. I called back the hotel and asked to speak to him again, and he told me that he was trying to get us a room, a couple hotels down the street that it would be nicer. Mind you I’m traveling with my service animals and not having a room to arrive to is hard and to find a hotel at 1am is even herder. We agreed to the hotel that he offered us, only to find out that it was absolutely disgusting, the lights didn’t work carpets were lifted and stained, and there was bugs everywhere. Prior to our arrival, he had called us and offered us a full refund if we weren’t comfortable. But again, how would one find a back up that easily. It ruined our vacation.

The breakfast was only till 9 am and.when your retired you sleep in. They should extend it to 10 am.
