This clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, screened patio, large backyard, (NOT fully fenced yard), outdoor seating and one car garage. Great place to relax and enjoy a Florida Stay-cation! Wi-fi, TV, pet-friendly. Please add your pet when booking. $25 pet fee per stay.

Great location for various activities in NE Florida. Stayed only three nights and enjoyed various local restaurants and even took in the final regular season Jacksonville Jaguar game. Go Jags. Super quiet neighborhood and the house was well stocked for fixing quick meals, coffee, cocktails, etc. Nice porch that we didn't get the chance to enjoy. A must is to take a walk down to the dock and enjoy the scenery.

Wonderful home that is in the perfect location. 5 minute walk to the pool, pier, and playground. My grandson had a blast there. It's a short drive to downtown activities and the beaches.
