Disappointed. Not worth the price
The communication and check-in process was easy. The short walk to the beach access and surrounding restaurants was very convenient.
The property as a whole was a little dumpy. The little fenced in yard out back had a lot of over growth, more dirt than grass, a ton of leaves covering the yard, which also covered dog feces from a previous renter (that we stepped in) there was small cement slab meant as a patio, which had two small chairs and a small broken wicker loveseat. There was also a grill available for use, but with the condition of the yard, I didn’t bother to even try using it.
I was deeply disappointed with the lack of space to relax with morning coffee, or an evening drink.
While the inside of the house was pleasantly updated, cutely decorated, and equipped with cooking utensils, and bathroom/shower necessities, there was an odor of musty/mildew/mold which actually permeated into our clothes and belongings.
While this listing is on the lower end for nightly rates, and the beach is close, I still feel the rate is too high for the amenities you actually receive.
Unfortunately I will not be staying at this property again, nor would I recommend it.
