Comfortable and Welcoming

Our stay was very comfortable and welcoming in this hotel. The free breakfast was filling, and the service from Antoine was friendly and a great way to start the day.

The lady at the front desk looks like she is currently using drugs. Said the entire motel was booked and made us check in to a room upstairs when we had a baby stroller and tons of luggage with no elevator. We entered our room and the heat was blasting and it smelled gross. One of the chair recliners had a questionable white stain on it. Everything felt so dirty and gross.

Staff friendly and engaging. I appreciate properties that cater to dog owners. Property provides stations at either end for dog owners and their pets to do their business. Sadly I found both stations overflowing with used bags. To the point guests were leaving garbage and bags on the ground. Appears property owners hadn’t cleaned the area in days. Because of this I feel some dog owners apparently did not care to pick up after their dogs. Sad to say the property should probably not allow dogs until they have a better plan in place. On the other hand I found my room clean and comfortable.

The Hotel has a Denny's across the street and a gas station as well, in case of need of food. Facility is outdated with some updated done, not enough to matter, looks like " fruit cake ", you need to sleep but you know it will be a bad experience overall. Firm matress, a plus for me. ( needs new linens ) Spacious room. Bathroom needs a deep deep clean, didn't trust the cleaning enough to shower there! Front desk was not rude but ignorant. Will not bother to stay there again.

Staff was friendly but the room had dirty q-tips near the trash can, the pull out sofa hadn’t been cleaned, in the morning the breakfast was very limited (missing simple things like cream cheese for bagels), the coffee machine gave me almost straight milk when I attempted a latte and when my son got juice from the machine there was a bug in it.
