Our flights into Provo were canceled by the airline 4 days prior to our stay. The hotel refused to cancel our reservation. It was out of our control and mutilple days in advance. Just seems very greedy in our opinion. There were other hotels and travel inconveniences that we dealt with throughout this canceled trip. Everyone else was very understanding and helpful when we needed to cancel reservations and stays. Those inculded best western and hilton. Probably will never attempt to stay a a Hyatt again for this reason.

The property is wonderful, and located off Main St. It's perfect for families or groups of any size. Provo is such a beautiful City for a relaxing overnight getaway.

Unfortunately, our stay was not good at all. When we went to get into the bed there was what looked to be blood on the sheet. We had to take off the sheets and luckily we had extra sheets in the closet as there was a pull out couch in the room. Obviously the room and bed were not cleaned! Extremely disgusting!!!! The front desk asked us to fill out a form so the manager could contact us and we have heard nothing from them!

I attended an event @ the Convention Center. Marriott waved the parking charge to people attending this event. Your online info RE: this property shows a "Grocery Store" - there were not many items available. In order to warm anything for a meal, I was told you had to use the microwave by the bar. I asked RE: restaurant. I was told that the party of 2 seated had ordered, so I would have to wait about 20 minutes before I could order. I did not find any viable options for dining @ this property.

Hotel is nice, but we are awakened dozens and dozens of times over the course of three nights by emergency vehicle sirens. I will never stay here again. We are literally exhausted and got no sleep.
