I have stayed here a couple times and the cleanliness seems to have gone downhill gradually. Things appear outdated and not like it used to be. The water feature for the pool was broken including the jets in the hot tub. Food at Z’s restaurant was not like it used to be.

Had been better but still a beautiful place

Well they moved the pool table or got rid of the pool table that used to be by the bar upstairs. even though they have two hot tubs and two pools there's just too many kids there they should close it down to adults only after like 8:30 and let the adults have like an hour or an hour and a half alone

The carpet was pulling up in some areas. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and had the worst service. Our stay was ok but it wasn’t great.

The property and location are great. The Food at the Chop house is great, but the service at the chop house is slow.

The air conditioning in our room was broken. When we checked in at 9:30pm, it was 74 degrees. When we went to bed it was 75. It was so hot I could not fall asleep. I checked it at 1:23 it was 83 degrees. Then at 2:45am it was 86 degrees. Also, we went down to the hottub at 9:40, and the lady working the towel desk gave us a dirty look and told us the pool closed at 10. Our friends walked in a minute before us and she did the same to them. It was an extremely expensive 11 hours to be at the hotel when we couldn’t sleep or swim. And because we booked through a third party, the hotel wouldn’t do anything to compensate us. That was my first and last time staying here.

The property is very dated, as are the guest rooms. All of the furniture in our room had cracks or gouges. There are no microwaves or fridges in the rooms (I didn't think to check, and it was a big inconvenience). I'm sure it was nice in its day, but it's time for updating.

Tub in room flooded room everytime we used it. Carpet was ripped in multiple places as well as a horrible water damage smell from the tub. The double doors to room 123 said people do not enter this area because of construction but it was the only way to get the room... water damage everywhere in the basement hallways ceiling and walls

After a night at the Crater, we were so ready to come home to a warm shower. The water was cold. We tried again in the morning and the water was still cold.
